Gondia district, which is known as a tribal-dominated Naxal-affected district, should be developed as well as rural areas, public welfare schemes of the government should be publicized, more officers should be created in the administration by creating competitive examination environment among the youth of the district, health of the masses should be maintained. A social organization was established on 2nd June 2014, named as 'Dinbandhu Gramin Vikas Sanstha, Deori’ (DGV Sanstha, Deori) with the generous aim of developing urban and rural areas. The founder of this organization is Mr. Kuldip Lanjewar (President of DGV Sanstha).

Dinbandhu Gramin Vikas Sanstha is a voluntary social organization, the organization is working for the benefit of the masses in the social sector on the principle of no profit no loss. As "Janseva Hich Ishwar Seva" is the motto of the organization.
